Contact Learndiag Support

Learndiag is built and run by one independent developer — there is no call center and no ticketing platform. The working channel is email, and it is read by the person who runs the site. You will normally get a reply within two business days, often faster.

General support, account issues, and content corrections:

If your email client does not open a compose window (some browsers block mailto links), copy the address above and send from your own mail app.

What to include

If you have an account, write from the email address on it. When reporting a problem, include what you were doing, what you expected, and what you actually saw — a screenshot helps more than a long description. You do not need to include anything else; a support request is three or four lines, not an essay.

What to write to us about

TopicWhat helps most
Login, verification codes, or account deletionYour account email and the exact message shown on screen
A question or explanation that looks wrongQuestion ID (e.g. 5003-041), the answer you picked, the answer shown as correct, and why it looks off to you
API / MCP / agent integration questionsEndpoint, request body, and the JSON response you received (subject line "API" is a plus)
Partnership, press, or bulk accessWho you are and what you are building
Data or privacy requestsSend from your account email with subject "Privacy" — see the privacy policy for the deletion process and timing
Refund requestsYour account email and the date of the charge — see the refund terms below and in the terms of service

Please do not send passwords, API keys, or full payment card numbers in email. If an API key is involved in a support case, generate a throwaway key for testing instead, or say "key redacted" and refer to it by name only.

Refunds

Because the diagnostic and most of the question bank are free, you can evaluate the service before paying. If you are not satisfied with a Pro subscription, request a refund within 14 days of the charge from your account email and it will be reviewed (approved refunds go back through the original payment method). Requests after 14 days, or for billing periods you have used, are handled case by case. The full terms are in the terms of service.

Data deletion

Write from your account email with the subject "Privacy" and everything tied to that address — account, study state, API keys — is removed within 30 days. Details are in the privacy policy.

Why two pages can show different scores

The readiness diagnostic and your practice history are separate views of your work: the diagnostic reports one snapshot from a short set of questions, while your practice dashboard accumulates everything you have answered over time. They are not the same calculation, and neither is an ETS score. If you think the numbers disagree in a way that looks like a bug, include both screenshots and we will look.

Social

Build notes and Praxis-prep threads go up at @madehu on X. Quick questions are fine there; anything involving your account should stay in email.

For developers and AI agents

API access, rate limits, the OpenAPI spec, and the MCP server are documented on the developer page. That page is the single source for integration details — metadata scattered across other pages is now kept there rather than repeated here.
